Early morning is best for reflections
Before beach traffic builds, the water is more likely to be calm and the walkways quieter. This is the cleanest window for bridge, boat, and garden photographs.
Late afternoon is best for warm architecture
Lower sun gives the bridges, homes, palms, and water edges warmer depth while still leaving enough light for relaxed walking.
Overcast is underrated
A soft gray day can be excellent at the canals because it reduces glare and helps reflections, paint colors, and garden textures read evenly.
